You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Forge. You must provide accurate information. You may not share your account credentials.
Forge is a learning platform. You agree not to use it to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures. You may not use Forge to generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property, or harms others.
Free accounts have access to limited content. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel anytime via your account settings (Stripe customer portal). No refunds for partial billing periods. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
Forge owns all platform content (drills, scenarios, concept cards, scoring rubrics). You own your prompt responses and learning history. By using Forge, you grant us a limited licence to process your responses for scoring and personalisation.
Feedback and scores are generated by AI for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Use your own judgement when applying AI skills in professional contexts.
Forge is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated feedback or skills learned through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@forge-learn.app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
